For enclosing vertical exhaust pipes to prevent rain water in the engine. The raincap is balanced in such a way that it will open when the engine starts and is closing when the engine stops. The raincap is made out of high quality aluminum. After assembly there is no need for maintenance on the cap anymore. The dimensions are the outside dimensions of the exhaust pipe (not inner sizes)

What is a Rain Cap?
A rain cap is a protective covering or housing for the top of an exhaust pipe that is intended to prevent the entry of rain, snow, animals, birds as well as downdrafts back into the pipe.

How to Install a Rain Cap?
Place the rain cap on the top of the Exhaust Pipe. The Rain cap should fit snug over the top of the exhaust pipe. Tighten the bolt snug. Make sure that the rain cap can move freely up and down to allow the exhaust gas to escape.
