2.5 Inch Butt Joint Exhaust Band Clamp Sleeve Stainless Steel

• Joins 2.5" OD pipe to 2.5" OD pipe. These butt clamps feature unitized construction which minimized part number complexity and maximizes material efficiency for reduced weight. Width of strap: 3inch (76.2mm). 
• Distributes the clamping force evenly over the entire 360° to prevent leaks and control material distortion. No welding design makes easy and less time consuming to install or remove. The 2 1/2 exhaust clamp come with an I-block which creates a complete "Inner-circle Seal" when clamping. Can create a better seal, helping prevent exhaust gas and noise leaks.
• Material: 304 stainless steel band, zinc-plated M10 flange bolt and nut, steel gasket, aluminum alloy I-block. The exhaust clamp has strong strength, good durability, great appearance and anti-corrosion advantage. Torque: 63 N·m.

Application: Butt joint band 2.5" exhaust clamp is a simple, effective way to connect exhaust system components such as pipes, mufflers and catalytic converters. Unique seal and high clamp loads are provided without distorting your exhaust components, allowing the flexibility to disassemble for service. Aslo can be used to repair exhaust pipes.

Note: There is a flat face and arc curved face on the I-block , please put the arc curved face toward to the exhaust pipe make sure to get the tight close.
