Characteristics:
No welding design makes easy and less time consuming to install or remove. The 3.0 exhaust clamp come with an I-block which creates a complete inner-circle seal when clamping, which can creat a better seal, helping prevent exhaust gas and noise leak. Also can be used to repair exhaust pipes.
Description of the Band Clamp:
- Joins 2.25" OD pipe to 2.25" OD pipe. Butt joint band 2.25" exhaust clamp is a simple, effective way to connect heavy-duty exhaust system components such as pipes, muffler tip and catalytic converters. Width of strap: 3inch (76.2mm). Torque: 63 N·m. Package: 2pcs.
- Exhaust coupler clamps are serviceable, durability and reusable. Aslo can be used to repair exhaust pipes. Wrap some exhaust heat tape on the exhaust tubing over the clamping surface to provide complete seal.
- Distributes the clamping force evenly over the entire 360° to provide tight sealing and prevent leaks and prohibit exhaust pipe distortion. No welding design of butt joint exhaust sleeve clamp makes easy and less time consuming to install or disassemble.
- Material: 304 stainless steel band, zinc-plated flange bolt and nut, steel gasket, aluminum alloy I-block. Note: There is a flat face and arc curved face on the I-block , please put the arc curved face toward to the exhaust pipe make sure to get the tight close
