Fertilizer |
Used as a solid fertiliser for side dressing for high value horticultural crops such as market gardens and berryfruit crops. As this product is highly soluble, it can also be used for fertigation as a source of calcium and nitrate-nitrogen for high value horticultural crops. The nitrate-nitrogen is immediately available for plant uptake, while the calcium is provided in a readily soluble form. |

Handling and Storage:
Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect against physical damage
andmoisture. Isolate from any source of heat or ignition. Avoid storage on wood floors. Separate
fromincompatibles, combustibles, organic or other readily oxidizable materials. Containers of this material may
behazardous when empty since they retain product residues (dust, solids); observe all warnings and
precautionslisted for the product.
As with most solid fertilisers, Calcium Nitrate can be stored over a season as long as it is kept in a cool, dry, well
ventilated area.
