Resonator Description :
It may look like muffler, while, resonator is not exactly same as muffler though they share some same jobs sometime. Muffler is mainly to reduce the exhaust volume, but the primary function of resonator is to fine-tune the sound wave into a more pleasant pattern, and produce the distinctive tone of your vehicle. By resonator some raspy or high pitched noised from the exhaust will be removed, they don’t muffler the volume, just complement mufflers by canceling these irritating buzzes and hums, and give a more smoother exhaust tune.
